Delivery & Returns

 

Delivery: We endeavour to provide delivery within 1 to 3 working days of the receipt of your order. You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched. Please note that we have several warehouses so if your order contains multiple items, goods may be dispatched separately - this will be at no extra cost to you.

Returns: By law you have a 7 day cooling-off period to return unwanted goods for a refund. Please note that goods must be returned in their original condition, and unless goods were sent to you incorrectly or are damaged or defective, the postage costs for returns are your responsibility. If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, please send us an e-mail stating your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will reply with instructions.
